Chapter Eight

Long moments later, Alice lay curled against Kendra, both their skin still damp. Their breathing was back to normal again as they held each other. Everything about this felt so right that Alice didn’t want to ever let Kendra go.

“We should clean up,” Kendra said.

“Why?” Alice asked. “Maybe I’m not done with you.” She reached up and pulled Kendra’s head down for a kiss.

Alice moved onto her and rubbed against Kendra. She knew the moment she got hard, and Alice reached down and parted the lips of her pussy. She moved slowly, allowing Kendra’s shaft to caress her.

Alice moaned closing her eyes, and Kendra kissed the side of her neck. “I think we both might still have some sexual energy to work off.”

“Mm-hmm,” Alice agreed, and her phone rang.

When they stepped into Alice’s mother’s home, the rancid scent of trash and old food hit Kendra like a freight train. Kendra pretended not to notice when she saw the horror on Alice’s face.

“Mom?” Alice called moving quickly away from the front door. “She might have been lying about someone breaking in just to get me here.”

Kendra followed, deciding not to step in the kitchen to put coffee on. When she reached the living room, Lisa Cook was sprawled on the floor half naked with a bottle nearby and a man glaring at Alice.

“Get the fuck out,” he ordered. “I can take care of this without you. Unless you want to join in.” He leered at her, and Kendra all but snarled at him.

She had no love for George Coleman, and she knew the man didn’t like her much.

“Get your shit and get out, Coleman,” Kendra ordered as she moved past Alice.

“You get out,” he growled. “I came here for a piece of ass, and I’m getting it.”

“I want you out,” Alice screamed at him.

“Your whore of a mother invited me back here for a good time,” he snapped. “For a little booze. Now, I’m not leaving until she’s paid for it.”

“Fuck,” Kendra muttered and pulled out her wallet. She removed some bills and threw them at him. “Get it and get out, before I beat the snot out of you.”

He sneered at her. “Because you have a dick you think you—”

Kendra’s fist connecting with his stomach shut him up.

He swung on her, and she blocked it easily before driving her knee into his balls. Then, she punched him in the jaw, and he staggered before falling to the floor, out cold.

Alice gasped and blinked at Kendra. “God, that was amazing. I’ve never seen a woman knock a man out before.”

Kendra gave her a small smile. “I’ll call Jack,” Kendra told her.

Jack was the police chief of their small town. He’d tried to date Lisa after Alice’s father killed himself, but Lisa had turned him down before sinking down a spiral from which she’d yet to recover.

Kendra walked out of the room and put in the call. It was more to give Alice some privacy with her mother than anything else.

“I’ll send someone right over,” he said.
